Contacted earlier in the week about scrapping a car. Agreed price and agreed to bring the car on a Saturday. Arrived as planned only to be told the guy we sorted things out with knew he would be on holiday and that we shouldn’t have brought the car.. Had to take car back - not very impressed with the shoddy attitude.

They give you a set price and pay immediately they have taken the car. Carl and Ashley could not have been more helpful.
