This place is a complete joke. Had a crash it took these guys 5 days to collect it from the roadside. Eventually when they collected it they took it back to their yard which was described as “indoor and safe 24/h cctv” the car was left outside on an industrial estate unlocked. It wasn’t on cctv atall. So when I went to collect it a few weeks later they had also lost my key. Promised he would replace it and keep it in storage till he sorts it. 4 months later and they still haven’t sorted my key out. I’ve had to go and Kay for the key myself as it’s been 4 months and I need it. And he’s now ignoring all my calls and text. Do not take your car to this place, they don’t have a clue what they’re doing, just a couple of men trying to look like a real business. Anyone that is debating taking their car here, swerve at all costs.
