The owner is extremely rude swearing at customers who have given a lot of business to him, customer service is appalling won’t be returning.

Excellent. I phoned and asked for some old steels to be picked up, the gentleman I spoke with said he would pick them up the next day and sure enough they were gone by 09.00. Very polite and nice people. Thank you.

We bought a van on 15th of October 23 from Ben Whitcombe LTD for £1800, within 6 months it broke down and became a non runner. Needed a new engine/ been in garage since April trying to get an engine. Unfortunately unable to get an engine, so only thing we can do is Scrap it. Spoke with Ben today and he offered me 120 pounds for scrap. This is my Honest experience.

I called these people when I needed my caravan removed from my drive way. They were really polite on the phone and helpful. Which other companies hadn’t been. They turned up on time at the agreed time. When they arrived I found them extremely professional, it was a quick and easy service too. I would definitely recommend them to others.
