Fast, efficient, and friendly. Payment was v reasonable and processed with little fuss. Driver had difficult job given front wheel was loose but managed competently and cheerfully.

Sold our car for a good price. However more importantly the car had sentimental value to us. The guy who collected (Mark) was very friendly, understanding and patient. He explained everything clearly and was all round a nice guy. He made the emotional process as easy as possible. Excellent service.

What a company! 10 out of 10 all the way. From the very beginning and throughout even with paying off the funds. Honestly you could not fault them. Plus , the wonderful guy that came to collect the Pick Up was so polite, respectful, professional and cared. We had a great talk of Canada and we could have spoken all day. He was a true gent. So, thank you sir! I had previously contacted another garage that were rude, obnoxious and well, just didn’t give a damm! Before contacting this one and what a difference. This garage was a hidden gem and a true blessing! And to top it off, the came the same day and on time and the money was transferred into my account before leaving. I would personally highly recommend this company to all. And to everyone involved with my pickup, my family and I thank you, appreciate you and feel valued by you all. Thank you all so much. Good prices

I Purchased a item through Breakers yard and I paid for the item on the 7th April 2021(directly to Ford Spares), and was told it was dispatched on the 8th (that was a lie) for was received by the courier on the 12th April. And i have still not had the delivery(over 2 weeks) and it's been me chasing them up, for updates and when I will receive it. I got breakersyard involved but no Joy to my problem. I have asked for a refund again no Joy. So I would be carefull of parting with money first

Disappointing to see some of these other reviews - I can scarcely believe their experiences could be SO different to my own. I went along to A1 looking for a new spare wheel for my Renault. Despite the pouring rain, two guys took the time to talk about my issue at hand, explaining various things to me and going so far as to find an option and physically try it on the car, dealing with a myriad of problems as they went. They did it in good spirits, did it thoroughly and absolutely off their own backs. I had fully expected to get a wheel and have to trust it was correct. In the end, no solution fit my hubs and I was left impressed with their honesty; that they hadn’t just tried to up sell me their wheel regardless of suitability. They refit my wheel and refused any offer of payment for their time (and frustrated effort). I had already visited another scrapyard and had been left feeling crappy by their service. Such places can usually be intimidating, especially to non-Car types, so to be spoken to with respect and not to be made to feel stupid made a massive difference - especially as I am on the autism spectrum. If you visit and find them anything other than helpful, interested and genuine, then you may have caught them on a bad day - as we all have - or maybe... The problem is you. I, however, will be back. Cheers lads!

Good stock of used car parts

Very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Very professional office staff who kept me informed at every step which is very comforting for people like me who have never had to scrap a car before. The car was fetched promptly and paid for promptly. In all a very good experience. I would use these people again.

These guys were most helpful today when we got a rear end for my transit. Great prices and a fair few donor vehicles in stock. Get in contact first to check availability, super quick at getting back too you. No pressure when there and let you be, and also there to help. Would recommend they buy a sign for easy identification of premises for people like us. Would recommend these guys!
