Ordered a power steering hose for a 2.0D X3 as advertised. Turns out they sent one for a 2.5D model and pipe wont fit. Wont answer any calls or reply to two emails sent. Would definitely not recommend.

Very impressed by the service I received from Charlotte when I scrapped my car in Oct, prior to collecting a new one round the corner. She offered a very fair price (comparable with other offers I’d received from reputable vehicle recyclers) and much better than the lazy price/service offered by the adjacent “well-known” scrap business. Charlotte explained everything clearly, completed the computer forms in less than 10 minutes and payment was received, as promised, the next day. Really can’t fault the service!

What a company! 10 out of 10 all the way. From the very beginning and throughout even with paying off the funds. Honestly you could not fault them. Plus , the wonderful guy that came to collect the Pick Up was so polite, respectful, professional and cared. We had a great talk of Canada and we could have spoken all day. He was a true gent. So, thank you sir! I had previously contacted another garage that were rude, obnoxious and well, just didn’t give a damm! Before contacting this one and what a difference. This garage was a hidden gem and a true blessing! And to top it off, the came the same day and on time and the money was transferred into my account before leaving.
