Popped along to find a few parts for the car. The website stated they had two on the yard. About 5 full searches of the yard and asking, i left without finding both vehicles. Staff had no clue and were unhelpful when i asked. Least I'd expect is for good customer service and help...

I can't praise this place highly enough. If it wasn't for them I could've been killed! I was driving a death trap after a reputable company, who I can't yet name, had done some shoddy work and my wheel was about to fall off! Zac and his Dad diagnosed it and fixed it for me quickly and efficiently and at a more than reasonable price. I bought a damaged transit minibus from H and which, I intend to convert it to a motor caravan.. I am extremely pleased with both the van, and the courteous and professional way in which we agreed on the price for the van. I had to pay for the van before it was delivered, and for obvious reasons, I was very worried. However, within an hour H ( the boss) drove into my unit, as agreed and delivered the van, right on time. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Thames Street Salvage again.
