Responded within 20 minutes of my posting. We exchanged photographs, and dispatch was effected from Cumbria to Devon the next day. Now fitted and driving happily again. Pleasant to deal with and did what was promised. I felt confident in the part and unlike some online transactions it worked a treat. Very good.

Actually I'd like to change this...thought they had sorted the leak on the rim but a day later the tyre they fitted was flat again...had to reinflate before each short journey to work until I took it elsewhere on my day off and they fitted it properly using rim sealer

Called, and after asking specifically if they had the capability, arranged a collection for a non-running car, I was given a date and hour-long time slot for pickup and was asked to provide a contact number. Pickup time came and went, phoned to ask if they were just running late and was told that I had never called them, and that they aren't even able to collect vehicles. I have double-checked the outgoing calls from my phone to confirm I had called them, so I can only assume they decided it wasn't worth their time and rather than simply call to explain they could no longer collect it, they tried an absolutely bizarre barefaced lie and wasted several hours of my time.
