Fraudsters and thieves. Keep away!!! Downgraded my absolutely clean wire and washed copper pipes without telling . After confronting them, I was told that my copper was with mud,dirt,and burnt. Then asked for pictures or CCTV as evidence,refused to provide it,lied that my copper was already processed so I couldn't see what was wrong with it.
