I contacted Norfolk Salvage and they got back to me the same day with a quote. They were also great to contact me to let me know they had to push back collection by a couple of days. Prompt payment on collection and talked me through everything as a first time seller. Couldn't have felt more at ease.

Ted came to pick up my car and was lovely to meet, he helped explain what I had to do on line and made sure I understood - as a bonus he also gave me some tips for the future when buying a car, really enjoyed meeting him.
