Don't not buy, I repeat do not buy. Bought a car cat u, and the folk lift damaged the car to a state where it didn't run or drive anymore. I tired to return the vehicle but they didn't have none of it, so left with a 8k paper weight. Never again making that mistake. Don't not buy and avoid. IAA use to be HSBC.
Would definitely recommend. Fast and efficient service. Courteous and very knowledgeable, mindful as my car was very low to ensure utmost care was taken when loading my car for recovery.
