Jay arrived bang on time, was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He was very accommodating with my requirements (I wanted to keep the wheels, so he loaded the car and then removed them for me). I'd definitely use him again.

Wouldn't use this company. I phoned up at 5.20 when they are open till 5.30. I was only asking if that had a zafira in for breaking and who ever answered the phone couldn't of been and more rude!

Very disappointed with the services. every time he tried to ripped off from customer!i m bee there today with sharing metal and he give me frag feed ,because he want to pay less !always is happening like that!the manager was disgusting and screaming with me today!i do complain about EMR BRENTOFRD TO HMRC to check more details.i m bee there today with metal he weight me on and off and the manager is comming on the window and told me i m banned from this site and he not paying any money.
