They were really helpful on the phone, telling me the procedure for collecting and scrapping our car and telling us exactly what they would pay for it. They booked a date only a few days in advance, the driver rang before coming, as promised, and arrived absolutely on time. The driver was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Excellent service- highly recommend these guys if you are looking to get rid of your car today. I had 2 other quotes to buy ny car but this one was the best. I couldnt find my logbook and one of the other companies said they would still take it but deduct £25 from my quote. Scrap maniacs collected my car and did not take anything off for the missing logbook. I was surprised the whole process took under 10 minutes when they came with their truck.
