I went on the 15th of October 2020 to Manor Scrap LTD, normally I go to BRISTOL SCRAP METAL 5 minutes driving away from them, but because they were in lunch break, I decided to go Manor Scrap CO LTD. My mate had to leave me there as it was a big cue of cars, and he needed the car to go work. I was standing there with my scrap metal, one of the guys told me that I will need the car regsitration number (took a picture) and ID. When it was my turn, they told me that my European driving license is not valid it needs to be UK driving license or passport, I provided him with another Euopean valid ID with picture and he refused to take it. I am wonder if UK still part of European Union, I think so, probably Manor Scrap CO LTD, has got the Scrapxit before the rest of the country, anyway, I am standing there with my scrap metal, having no place where to go, as I dont have the car, they dont want to take my scrap metal, they tell me that I cant stay there, and they can not keep my scrap metal for me to collect it when I have the car, so they decided to take all my scrap metal, and started taking them with their scrap metal, cable with cable, brass with brass,.. to me that was steal right in front of my face. I told them that I would wait outside with my stuff. My Impression of Manor Scrap Co LTD staff very Rude, staff not helpfull at all not even try to help people in difficult situations, probably they dont know how, or they dont care at all, they did not have education of how to be a nice human being, probably the boss wants them to be like this, or probably the staff hates so much the job that hates also everything that comes with it like the costumers, so many questions wondering the attitude of the staff of Manor Scrap Co Ltd. Anyway my mate came for me, he took me to BRISTOL SCRAP METAL, and there was everything fine, the staff was helpfull, were nice, they asked for valid ID with picture on it, everything as it supposed to be.

Very quick at coming out and friendly. Needed car moved off road same day I phoned him as had to get new car and when I switched insurance over car wouldn't be insured sat on a public road which is big no no with dvla. Very much appreciate the same day collection and would really recommend them when you need your car scrapped
