Scrap Yards & Breakers in Tendring District Essex, England

I ordered an engine which arrived in a poor state of repair. I was promised it ran fine. We removed the rocker cover to replace the timing belt and found the valve gear covered in a thick sludge. The engine is scrap! In order to receive my refund I have to incur £76 carriage costs. Buyer beware!

Nervous of making my first trip to a scrap yard, I was instantly reassured by the kind and helpful staff. Scrap metal prices are low at the moment but every little helps and I didn't feel intimidated or embarrassed to be dropping off my buckets of bolts.

Lovely guys, know their stuff. Quite reasonable prices and ofcourse they are quick at what they do. You may need to be very specific about what you want though
