Don't not buy, I repeat do not buy. Bought a car cat u, and the folk lift damaged the car to a state where it didn't run or drive anymore. I tired to return the vehicle but they didn't have none of it, so left with a 8k paper weight. Never again making that mistake. Don't not buy and avoid. IAA use to be HSBC.

I completed the online quotation request and had a phone call shortly after where we discussed the car in more detail, got a good price and in about half an hour the truck arrived. The money was transferred into my bank account before they loaded the car up. It was a really quick and easy way to get my car picked up and the driver was pleasant and very professional too.
