First time I went and it was a good place. Will go again when I have more scrap. I got paid on the same day a few hours after I was there. The robot is cool.
Lovely bunch of lads, been using them for years. Always go above and beyond to serve you quickly , and payment is same day. Everything you need from a scrap yard.

Needed to dispose of my old metal garden table and chairs. I would have had to go to all the bother of using a angle grinder to cut table down to a size so that would fit in my car and make several trips to the tip. Phoned Gillett's recycling. Was answered by a polite gentleman, told him what I wanted collecting. He asked me to text the items that needed to be collected and address. This was in the morning and he said he would collect items in the afternoon or the next morning. When I got home after work in the evening the items had gone. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Gillett's recycling for all your scrap metal disposal. I found Gillett's recycling a polite, professional and prompt friendly service.

I have given 5 stars because I love this place! It is full of charm and character. There is always something there to meet your needs but in traditional scrap yard format. It is gloriously messy and muddy requires lots of searching but the guys are great with good humour and good value for money
