Why 5 Stars? Because they did everything required and what was expected. I rang the booking place, spoke to a helpful bloke that told me someone will be with me within the hour. It was actually 15 minutes. Something worth noting, I used an app called "What 3 Words" I was able to give them the 3 words associated to my parked spot, they used that with their sat nav and I was found easily.
Very good for vehicle recovery, polite, took my vehicle from a RTC and stored it for the police, allowed me to recover my goods and very friendly while doing so. Would recommend for vehicle recovery!
I cannot thanks Chris enough for recovering my vehicle yesterday and spending a few hours trying to figure out how get me and my car back to the Isle of Wight. He sorted what the RAC couldn't, if it wasn't for him I would still be stranded! He put up with my stress-out's, kept me calm and got it resolved. Also, he has a good taste in cars 😎 Many, many thanks 👌👌👌
